Quantum Assault - A Keeno Crime Thriller

The Brits have James Bond. America – at least a dozen crime fighters, but Canada? Keeno McCole is the epitome of a tough Canadian crime-fighter who learned the hard way that not everyone in the world was a good guy. Part Metis, the indigenous First Nation of Canadian Indians, part Irish and part French, McCole learned at the age of four that there were monsters in the world when he heard his mother screaming as a man choked the life from her. The boy picked up a pair of scissors, stabbed the man and saved his mother from a brutal death, and on that day, Keeno became another person. His mother sent him away to live with an uncle, to protect his life, and in those years the pragmatic man and an Indian named K-Joe, taught the boy the art of survival; how to endure a desolate forest with nothing, how shoot a gun and most of all, Keeno became deadly with knife-throwing. In the years to follow, Keeno and his best friend, Jake Williams go on to become the axis of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Anti-Terrorism-Unit, going up against major players in the criminal arena, from domestic terrorists to large-scale syndicates – sending Keeno and his team on the most thrilling and death-defying chases across the second largest landmass in the world and into the international domain.
