In 2038, NASA, in a joint effort with several other nations, fires the most daring space mission ever undertaken. A 27 year trip to a nearby exoplanet, in the hopes of colonizing a new world before war, religious and political ideology and environmental depletion destroy Earth. Jim Tale, the captain of the star ship Evolution, is not only tasked to oversee the mission, but Jim has silently tasked himself to use the opportunity to find the answers to questions which have haunted him his entire life. Are we alone in the Universe? How was the Universe made? Is there a god? Who are we? Why are we here? Questions that drive him, inexplicably, to the very edge of the Universe as we know it. And what he finds and discovers about the truth, shocks him to the very core. Earth Escape is an existential and sci-fi thriller, and it will challenge you to step outside the box about everything you have ever believed.
“A thrilling read that takes you on an unusual and captivating adventure, and introduces novel subjects within Ai, spirituality and the existence of intelligent life in the universe. A recommended read.”
“The book is modern, thought provoking and suspenseful. He asks the big questions through a sci fi tale: Is there a God? If so, why design a flawed humanity? What is the ultimate truth of existence? . . . all our metaphysical questions woven through a very good story.”
Canada’s toughest crime-fighter, Keeno McCole, and his RCMP team, take on a sociopathic cult-leader and domestic terrorism which strikes Toronto, Halifax and Winnipeg – leaving a trail of dead bodies in its path. The One is the 3rd novel in this iconic high-concept Canadian crime fighter series.
“I enjoyed this novel very much. I love Keeno, his awesome personality, his guts, integrity and abilities. This was a shorter read which suited me well because once I picked it up and started it I just could not put it down until I was done, forget about sleeping or working, so I do recommend you read it during the weekend!” Ana Danel
Earth Escape is a sci-fi high-concept thriller, a bold journey into deep space to find a new home for mankind, a space odyssey that takes its captain and crew into new worlds, meeting sentient beings and which opens doors which answer the very questions about our existence.
Earth Escape not only meets the traditional paradigm for a classic science fiction thriller, on the order of 2001 A Space Odyssey, by Arthur C. Clarke, but it endeavors to take the reader into another realm, one where the reader is invited to engage the ultimate questions about existence. The mysteries which so many have attempted to solve, whether through religion or science, and yet which remain unanswered: How was the Universe created? Who created it? Is there a God? Who are we? Why are we here?
In this contemporary sci-fi thriller, one which bespeaks of the very circumstances facing our world today with growing nuclear arms, population explosion and environmental destruction – Earth Escape forces us to face the inevitable fact that our planet will not, by itself, continue to sustain the human race and that we must seek out new worlds to colonize and call home.

Within a few pages the characters became my friends, which made the book hard to put down. To me at least, this is dystopian sci-fi at its best. Highly recommended! – J.Z. O’Brien

The Keeno Crime Thriller Novels launched with the first in the series, INTRUSION, followed by QUANTUM ASSAULT. In the summer of 2017, the third novel in this fast-paced crime thriller series is being released – THE ONE.
The Brits have James Bond. America – at least a dozen crime fighters, but Canada? Keeno McCole is the epitome of a tough Canadian crime-fighter who learned the hard way that not everyone in the world was a good guy. Part Metis, the indigenous First Nation of Canadian Indians, part Irish and part French, McCole learned at the age of four that there were monsters in the world when he heard his mother screaming as a man choked the life from her. The boy picked up a pair of scissors, stabbed the man and saved his mother from a brutal death, and on that day, Keeno became another person. His mother sent him away to live with an uncle, to protect his life, and in those years the pragmatic man and an Indian named K-Joe, taught the boy the art of survival; how to endure a desolate forest with nothing, how shoot a gun and most of all, Keeno became deadly with knife-throwing. In the years to follow, Keeno and his best friend, Jake Williams go on to become the axis of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Anti-Terrorism-Unit, going up against major players in the criminal arena, from domestic terrorists to large-scale syndicates – sending Keeno and his team on the most thrilling and death-defying chases across the second largest landmass in the world and into the international domain.
